Really bad experience. First of all it was really really dirty. There was dust and nastiness everywhere. We could not use one of the toilet because it was broken. The jacuzzi was not a jacuzzi and 50% of the lights in the apartment don't work. On top of everything we payed in advance 95 euro of cleaning and the energy and gas are not included in the original price so it can be really expensive the bill! DON'T BOOK THIS PLACE!

SAVE YOUR MONEY! DON T BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Well, I don t know were to start. We book with booking.com a really nice looking cottage, The Baron n 6 from the 1 until the 3 of december. Once we reach the appartment the condition of the house was awful. Beside the dirtiness of the house itself, ( lots of dust on surfaces, dirty toilets,garbage from last visitors) a lot of lights were not working so as the bath-tube (wich on booking was showed as jakuzzi) and we could use only 1 of the 2 toilets of the house because one of them was clogged. We choose this appartement insted of others because of the bath-tube and because so each couple could use 1 toilet. This service was not offered so we ask a compensation but the only money that we received back were the 95 euro belonging to the cleaning ( inexistent) service. The receptionist handle the situation very unprofessional, ignoring us e-mails, smiling at our complains without never say sorry.Really bad customercare. In other words SAVE YOUR MONEY! DON T BOOK WHITH THIS COMPANY THERE ARE MANY BETTER ONE.
We booked a house with 9 friends. Due to the government measures because of the Corona crisis, it was impossible for all of us to come. We tried to reschedule to a later date, but the booking agency didn't take any effort to help us out since we had already paid the full amount. Really unprofessional and unflexible for these insecure times.

Very dated and overpriced. The house was super freezing and very expensive to heat up.
Terrible service. The house we rented was okay, but after we left they took a sum of money off of our deposit. When I e-mailed them later they gave me close to no clarification. After this they quit responding to my mails. Do not book here people, they will take your money without giving you a reason.
We did not get all our money back without clarification. We're certainly not booking a second stay at Ourthe & Somme and I would recommend you not to do this as well!
